When you’re done with blending and added text and everything else you want, then to make your blend look complete, adding borders is always good. In Photoshop the easiest way to do it is with ‘stroke’. Just simply go Layer -> Layer Style -> Stroke. And now check that ‘position’ is Inside or otherwise the stroke won’t be seen. Set the colour to whatever you want. And with ‘size’ you can also regulate the size of your borders.
If you have a little ‘preview’ box on then you can also see how your blend is gonna look like. If you’re happy with the result then just click ok. And that’s how easy it is.´
