Damaged TV set

In this tutorial you will learn a cool effect to make ur set shake like a damaged tv to start open the image u wish to work with here we chose this pic

- then go to image>adjustments>hue/saturation and make the saturation 52- so u will have this

-now just copy and paste ur image in a new file that is smaller than ur image for example if ur image's size is 500x400 make the new file 450x350

-Then press Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer make sure its been copied 4 times so in the end u have 5 layers

- hide all the eyes & by eyes I mean the ones in the layer box <down on ur right > hide them all except the first one's the <background>

- go to filter>texture>grain and make change the grain type to horizontal and then just make the contrast 7 and the intensity 17

- now just click on the next layer and also go to grain and and this time make the intensity a little higher like 24

- after that hide the eye of the first layer the one u already did the effects 17 and click on the new layer and move it up

- keep doing the grain thing with EVERY LAYER and remember move them

-  so the first one has only the effects the 2^nd one has been moved up and the 3^rd is up4^th is right and 5^th only effect make sure that the last one has the highest intensity

- then show all the eyes in ur layer box and move it to imageready or just click

<shift+Ctrl+m>

- go to the animation box if u do not have it < just go to windows in imageready and choose animation >

- click on the little arrow on the right of the animation box and choose make frames from layer and after that in the animation box change the0 seconds to 1

That’s it its really easy but all the steps can scare the hell outta u  but the second time it'll  take at least 10 mins
