Vampire look

First off choose a pic which the person is not smiling or doing any face expression here the victim would be Nick Carter

1- go to image>adjustments>hue/saturation and

Make saturation -33

2- pick the sponge tool and change  the flow to 100

And go over the skin

3- choose the dodge tool and also go over the skin

4- pick the burn tool and go with all over the lips

5- pick the brush tool and change the mode from normal to color and choose the color light blue since all vampires look hot in blue lol and go over the eyes with it

6- open a new layer and draw a little blood over the mouth with the color red (duh)

Go to the layer box and change the new layer's mode to color burn then just flatten image

7-open another new file and change its mode to overlay and pick the color dark red and go over the blood and then also flatten image

8-now duplicate the layer by going to layer >duplicate layer

Then go to the layer box and change its mode to overlay

And then flatten image and play with brightness/contrast

Then also do the hue/saturation like before and also mess with sponge tool around those areas that still have color

And there u have from angel to

 vampire
